close up it looks like camera shake... what was your settings?
in the mean time check these sites from the long list I googled up...
...and as for the camera shake... use a tripod
or bump up the iso so you can shoot better handheld with faster shutter speeds
another thing about using loooong shutter speeds is that the earth and moon
are moving so if it isn't camera shake it's movement blur

share lang ko aning personal guideline nku when shooting sunset... nabasahan ra ni nku dugay na nya gisulod jud nku sa akong kasing-kasing heheh
"To get a properly exposed sunset, meter the area directly above the sun (without including the sun). If you want the scene to look like it's a half-hour later, stop down by one f-stop, or set exposure compensation to minus one"
and while taking sunset yaw jud ug tan.aw sa sun kay makadaut jud nas mata.
