i guess, the latest estimation of the USC-TC (alone) land area is 130 hectares.... i got this from a reliable source from the Civil Engrng Dept. stillnaa pa jud on going nga negotiation of a lot at the back of general services nga pirti pa jud dakua.. oh well, no wonder naay JEEP sulod sa campus.. kay dili madala ug lakaw.

and, i think nag ilog ron ang Siliman Univ. ug ang USC-TC as the biggest school campus of Asia. correct me if i'm wrong. thanx.

wrong my friend...UPLB has over 4,000 hectares of land area...VSU has around 1, 500 hectares, Silliman 60 hectares ra..USC around 90 hectares...hehehehe

the downside is its not in the city....too bad the Recoletos hadn't thought about building a school in Cebu away from the downtown area when they have more resources to acquire properties...they settled for a downtown campus...USC was very fortunate to have thought of a campus within the city but with a country feel...acquiring the TC campus in the 50's was one of the wisest decisions SVD ever made...hehehe...it gave them that competitive advantage over other schools...
