Up Dharma Down is one of the best things that have happened to the local music industry. The sound is fresh, the vocals are powerful and stirring, and the result is heartfelt, original and simply addictive.
I've been a fan for a long time but I saw them live when they opened for Incubus in Manila in 2008. They have quite a following across Asia already, and I won't be surprised if they cross over. They were featured in Time magazine. I don't think a lot of bands can say that about themselves.
