How bout you try cheese omelette or soft boiled "soldiers"?
Well, both are very easy to make.
    ================================================== ==========
    **Cheese Omelette**
    Ingredients:
    Cheese (of course (^_^)V)
    Eggs
    Onions & Bell Peppers (optional)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Milk
    Oil

    Procedure:
    1. Dice cheese. (Pede sad i grate. Depends sa gusto sa imong son.)
    2. Beat eggs.
    3. Add milk, salt and pepper. I-taste lang ang mixture para mahibal-an if tama na ang timpla.
    4. Add cheese to egg mixture.
    5. Heat oil, saute onion and bell pepper, then pour in egg-cheese mixture. ^_^
    ================================================== ==========
    **Soft-boiled Soldiers**
    Ingredients:
    Egg
    Bread
    Butter/ Margarine
    Salt (optional)

    Procedure:
    1. Cook egg for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. (Dapat malasado pa ang sulod sa egg.)
    2. Toast bread, then spread butter/margarine.
    3. Slice bread in 'sticks' about half or 3/4 inch thick.
    4. Place the soft boiled egg in an "egg holder" (tama ba term) then serve.

Note: Ipa crack sa imong anak ang upper part sa egg using a teaspoon para naay small hole sa egg. Pag na open na, pde na niya i-dip sa egg ang bread sticks. Pde sad butangan gamay ug salt ang egg if you like. Ma-enjoy imong anak ana for sure. Naenjoy man mi sa akong younger brother before. ^_^ Why soldiers ang name, you may ask. Once na dip ang bread sticks sa egg, mura siya ug soldier nga nag gunit ug rifle. Hehe. ^_^ Tama, once wala nay yolk, pede itilok tung naluto na eggwhites by using a teaspoon. ^_^

soft scrambled eggs with just a bit of creme fraiche or cream na nay gatas gmay. mix it in after cooking. gmay lang gyud kay mu overpower nya cya.. you want the taste sa eggs and not sa cream. para lang mucreamy sya gmay. then put it on top of a good toasted buttered french or american bread. then sa sidings, sauteed mushrooms (shiitake, buttoned, whole gyud, mas lamian kok shiitake dont slice ibutang lang gyud sa pan and toss it over every 2-3 minutes para mubrown iyang cap then tomaotes, roma or cherry, sautee together with the mushrooms of course season it ahead salt and pepper extra virgin olive oil. da best. aside from froot loops.

eggs benedict are just as fine!

    Anyone got ideas there?

I wanna start with one.... FRENCH TOAST that my son really really loves.

    * Sliced bread...the thicker the slice the better. (thickest i found was sa metro ayala nga
    bakeshop. mahal lang gali.)
    * 2 eggs, condensed milk (to taste) mixed together
    * 2T butter and enough oil to panfry ur toast.

slice the bread in half diagonally. dip in the egg mixture. coat both sides well. fry till golden brown. drain on paper towels.

    thanks daan for ur recipes.

french toast contain more cholesterol because of egg. how about mash potato or french fries with vegetable salad with less mayonnaise with crushed peanut..i've tried it and it's so delicious.
