its a bit unfair we dont know the other exploits of past mayors since most of the people here arent born yet. its not only osmena ang garcia the mayors of cebu city.

worst - tomas = gadako lang tiyan walay grado educational background failed. kasagaran muingon nga daghan nabuhat si tomas, ang pangutana unsay nabuhat niya? srp nga napuno sa utang nahuman nalang iyang termino wala pay single estiblishment nga natukod. ghost employee sa congress walay nabuhat sa south district. clear kaau nig 2013 mag pahumot nasad ni siya sa iyang pangan magilog nasad nis mga minatay. pabuhat nig siyag trapal "this trapal is a project of congressman tomas osmenyuck".

First 3 terms - CEboom, best mayor in the Philippines. Innovative and fresh

Last 3 terms - Padlocked Sto. nino Church, Bully, Stays in power just because, No more creativity and fresh new ideas. Pistol waving and power tripping. etc...

We saw and love this man in his progression and on his regression. from Evolution to devolution. Time to have another one running The city. So cebu can sustain and lead the way again.
