It is good sir but the way you are spreading it is utterly disgusting. If I'll EVER (God forbid) get a hold of your trainers/directors/ceos, I'll make sure to give them the word of how "worst than networking" you are in spreading your propaganda in this respectable online community.
i am an employee for a year and a half but not in call center and will be venturing a business and hopefully to be open next month, business is good but i don't see it also why a call center job is not good.
either way, what satisfies and fulfills:thumbsup you matters most in the end.![]()
hindi nman bad yung call-center agents... but meron talaga mga agents na walang imahinasyon.. i think yun ang ibig sabihin ng brainless.. yung work work work then spend spend spend.. sa lahat ng industry mayroon yan..
hmm.. kung sa sweldo lang. hndi nman masyado malaki yung 18k/month.. mas malaki pala yung rate d2 sa call centers sa luzon..
yung mga CPAs at engineers mas malaki pa rin.. yung basic ng brother ko na bagong engineer ay 40k+/month..
yung mga nurses.. hmm.. maliit nga...
yung mga small businesses (1m below capital) usually earns around 20k-50k.. most businesspeople ay mayroong 2 or more businesses...
kung atin i proportion yung lahat ng sweldo compared sa whole income ng isang callcenter.. yung wages compromises only the 40 percent.. 30 percent yung maintenance, at yung last 30 percent pupunta sa iilang owners.. at saka mag-layoff ng workers yun pagma walan ng client... mabilis ang turnover ng agents to reduce company costs.. maliit lang percentage ng agents mag-long term dito.
so mas mabuti pa rin kung kaw talaga owner sa call center..
alam ko ito kay i did some financial bookkeeping for a certain call center d2 in the past...
so advise ko sa call center agents.. wag kaau masyado comfortable.. kahit pa gaano ka laki sweldo nyo ay maaring next month wala na kaau trabaho..
job security sa call center ang pinaka-lowest although it is one of the high paying jobs..
wala kasi specialized knowledge.. very easy to replace yung mga agents..
still we AGREE Call Centers are giving a lot to us Filipinos...![]()
if your still young mas maau mo work sa ka not only call center but other work environment also and try pag tigom aron time comes nka ika capital sa imo own business kay sa tinood lang wla na jud stable na company karon so mas maau na if nka own company hold nimo imo stability depende sa imong paningkamot ...only sa mg business naa dha ang daghan risk compare sa mg work.
Yes, you are right. It's not bad working in a call center. And, it's not the worse either. There are a lot of more exhausting but lesser paying jobs.
Of course naman. Mas mahal man pud ang cost of living sa luzon kaysa sa diri sa cebu. Even sa amu call center mas dako ang starting rate sa manila nga site kaysa diri sa cebu nga site so dli tana ma compare ang per location gyud kay lain lain man og cost of living.
Bitaw, dli unta "Any Business Is Better Than Your Call Center Job" because it is very subjective and possible maka insulto sa mga nag work sa call center. Daghan gyud trabaho nga gamay kaayog sweldo nga perti kapoya. Ingon mu nga nag work sa call center nagpa ulipon lang sa mga amerkano? Kung impleyado ka, ulipon raman gyud ka sa imung amu.
Pasagdi nalang na ninyung mga batan.on nga nag work sa call center. Makat.on ra pud na sila in the future. Maski asa na sila ibutang, kasagaran sa mga batan.on dli gyud kibaw kaayo mu manage sa ilang kwarta kay wala pa kayo sila kibaw sa value ana. unsaon nalang og lain ilang trabaho nga mas gamay og sweldo, samut.
