IT HAS BEEN LAUNCHED! and we heard nothing from Japan. They are all talk and no balls after all. I don't know if their cowardice is good or bad in the long run.

I simulated the launch again using the current data. Launch azimuth kay between 90-93 degrees. So it's clear why the US didn't react...if the launch azimuth was between 39-41, alerto dyud ang US, kay that would mean the "warhead" will cross the CONUS (continental US). the 90 degree azimuth will not even pass over Hawaii, and if the payload goes orbital, it will pass over the southern part of South America. So this is my imagined hypothetical conversation between commander and tracker from a NORAD monitoring facility:

    Commander: What's the status?

    Tracker: They've launched sir!!!

Commander: Ok, people, determine Launch Azimuth right away (puts his hand on the phone that will let him directly contact the intercept command HQ).

Tracker: (after 2 minutes) We got it sir...launch azimuth at 92 degrees.

Commander: (removes his hand from the phone...breathes a sigh of relief) Ok people, we can all calm down now...seems we're in the clear...let the Japs worry about damn thing.

Why? Because with a launch azimuth of 90+ degrees, the rocket will be passing over the northern tip of Honshu...

...I will post the screenshot later, of the rocket flying over Japan.
