kasagaran sa vacancy karon kay voice, sa customer service, pero naa manpod mga non-voice, like research, video monitoring, posting, chat support (naa pod chat support nga all in voice + non-voice)... naa pod law firms, etc.

uban nako mga kaila kay nag start sila sa voice account then nag non-voice sila later... naa pod bali, gikan non-voice, nag voice account...

yep naa ni sila referral sis pero dritso nalang dito. better adto ka mga past 2pm na pero kung muadto ka Monday ok ra 2pm kay other days, maayo past 2pm kay by batch mangud ang pag pa exam so kung sayo kaayo ka madugay ka paabot especially kung gamay ra nangaply ana nga day... good luck

Just read all the comments from 2008-2012 regarding their thoughts on this company.

I agree on some of the negative feedbacks but it's a done deal, SupportSave moved to the Cybergate building last December 2011, so some of the negative comments no longer apply.

COMPANY INFO:

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The recruitment starts at 2pm-10pm

1. Exam (you have to get 80%) to be considered for an initial interview (not common, I was surprised to learn too)
2. Initial interview, done by Recruitment officer
3. Another interview done by either HR manager or the Operations Manager or anyone from the HR team
4. Client interview (you will be considered for 3 client interviews, not sure if they are still practicing this)

BASIC SALARY -

• I could say it's competitive especially for those who will be assigned to some big accounts but don't expect too much especially if you are coming from big companies

BENEFITS

• Performance Bonus/Travel Allowance - 1500 pesos
• Night Differential - approximately 1000-1200 pesos
• Medicard Insurance up to 50k upon regularization
• Leave credits up to 6 days and for tenured employees an additional 0.5 for every year of service (convertible to cash)
• Stock certificate (most pioneer employees were issued stock certificates not sure about the new ones but they always address us as partner employees, so I think everyone has, ask around then).
• Etc

OTHER INCENTIVES

• Client bonuses - depends on your account
• TL/Employee of the week eligibility (though weekly could come by batch, say "Employee of the Week" weeks 1 to 5)
  • 1st 500-peso GC
  • 2nd 300-peso GC
  • 3rd 200-peso GC (not sure if it's 200 or 100)
• YEARLY:
  
  • Employee of the year 40k
  • Most improved employee 10k
  • Loyalty bonus, I think 5years and up employees (not sure how much was given, this started last year, not sure if this will be yearly)
  • 13th Month Pay

ENVIRONMENT: - relaxed, one of the best (this is more on a personal level)

DOWNSIDE:

• One can experience pay dispute sometimes (who doesn't?)

TIP:

• Just manage your time and attendance well and for sure, you'll get one of those employee of the week gift cheques or employee of the year cash award.

bai, nope it's not about interview man about sa recruitment process nila ba... kay diba kasagaran initial interview then exam nig human, sa ilaha kay exam una then interview dayon if you get 80% and above...

bitaw try lang bai, basin diay ganahan ka, lain2 mangud standards ang tao... If you want to give it a try, yaw lang ug sayo, mga past 2pm nalang adto kay most likely paabot paka sa other applicants for the exam especially kung adto ka Tuesday to Friday. Kasagaran daghan applicants didto kay Monday man...
