Pwede ba mag sabot me sa tag-iya nga among tas-an e declare nga selling price ex. 600k (400k ang iyang baligya) aron ang sobra mahatag sa ako para pa rennovate?
depende sad pila ang appraised value sa lote...if pag-check sa PAGIBIG ma-found out nila nga tag 400K rajud ang lote, bali 400K rasad jud ang ilaha ihatag...pero as mentioned earlier, pwedi raman ka mo-add sa imo loan para home improvement...pero later na kana...

HI, I work with Aegis one of the BPO's. I have a outstanding loan with Pag-IBig & I'm planning to leave the company in the next month or two. Their saying that my last pay with company will be withheld due to my loan balance with Pag-Ibig.

My question is. Is this normal procedure? Is it legal for a company to withheld the last pay coz of the oustanding loan with Pag-ibig. I understand payment is salary deduction but the principal loan amount is coming from Gov't funds not from company funds.

I even processed this loan personally ....

Can u clear me up with this one.

    Please PM me ...

It is your company's procedure not the Pag-IBIG. In real sense you are borrowing your own money not from Government nor Pag-IBIG nor your company. It is your right to ask your company not to hold your last pay and your company has no right to hold your pay due to Pag-IBIG loan.

You are a member of Pag-IBIG Fund and it is your obligation to pay your loan not your company.

Pag-IBIG Fund has nothing to do with your credit card. They have no connections. You are being bullied by the credit card collector.

You can still apply for loan with Pag-IBIG Fund and as long as you are capable to pay and all requirements they asked you, then you are eligible to apply for loan.

Of course you shouldn't have told the Pag-IBIG that you have problems with credit cards, it affects with regards to your bad records with credit card of not paying on time. There are lots of people who acquired Pag-IBIG Housing loan been foreclosed due to non-payment but Vice-Pres Binay still gave them a chance to repossessed the property. This is not the same with your credit card.

Yes it is possible. You may visit Pag-IBIG Fund in Ayala for your inquiries. I don't know everything with their requirements. I myself availed the repossessed property with Pag-IBIG but it was long time ago when they offered it as rent while paying the property.
