Sa tinood lang sab bai, the new kids karon are so loaded with talent... problema lang is how they're gonna use that talent .. magpadako bag ulo preha ni KOBE or are they gonna humble themselves on focus on winning instead of being a superstar.
Maoy naka nindot ani ni LEBRON kay grabe kaayo iyang potential.... he knows he's good pero iyang personality, restrained ang ego, he's willing to learn more.... and he's still improving because of that.

nya u think naa kay point ha?! icheck lang bay ezra sa phoenix suns nga forum kung d ni cya biased mo judge ug talent....mura man ka nabayot ni steve nash....magcge man gani kog praise basta maka daog ang suns basta moduwa ang the real matrix......nya mao nay bias nimo..and d man na discrmination akoa sa mga kabatch ni jordan...awa lang ang post ni bay ezra, kuha kaau niya akong punto, the kids today have more talent than ballers before...the only problem is there focus is so fazed away in winning, more on scoring o papogi points....cge lang ug kacrossoever bsan d needed ( cgeg pangita ug alley-oop, bsan dli angay, look what happend to STARBURY & THE KNICKS).....now whose biased?! cge man jud kaha kag watched nba beh, wala ka nkabantay gi.interview si scottie pippen (post retirement) about the kids today especially high school ballers, "KIDS TODAY COMING TO THE NBA HAVE MORE TALENT, HOWEVER NOT YET POLISHED, UNLIKE BEFORE WE HAD TO GO TO COLLEGE, WORK ON SOME THINGS TO IMPROVE OUR GAME" dli jud ni mao ang exact line or sentence sa iya gisulti but closer to this....let's say MJ entered the NBA straight out of high school, would he be doing same things like what he did during his career?! or would he be doing the same things KOBE, GARNET & LEBRON be doing? i don't think so! playing collegiate ball makes a young adult matured, NOT ONLY IN BASKETBALL BUT HOW HE HANDLES FAME, RESPONSIBILITIES.....

like kung i compare nimo ang dream team 1992, 1996 sa 2000, og 2004 lahi ra gyud, dominant kaayo ang dream team 92 og 96 compare sa 00 og 04, although nakadaog ang dream team 00 pero hapit masikwate. kaning previous kay pildi gyud, knowing they have iverson, duncan, melo and james. the question here ngano?. my answer to that lack of chemistry, dagko sad og olo nya ang ilang gi point guard si iverson nga hes not naturally a point guard.

ang rason ni iverson biased kuno nga gi criticized sila and he commented pa nga ang dream team kuno nga 92 og 96 were champions, nya sila were a bunch of kids...Â* yes their a bunch of kids pero naa man si iverson og duncan para mo lead nila ngano di man nila makuha

di ma na biased , mas daghan og talent ang batch 2004 kaysa batch 2000 pero ngano nakuha man sa batch 2000 ang gold bisan nagkalisod?

nya nanghambog pa si carmelo anthony ato nga the gold is in the bag now. hain man ? im a fan of anthony pero wa ko kauyon sa iya gisulti. mora na siya si kobe arrogant kaayo.

and ang batch 2004 kay kasagaran mga potential mvps sa future.

I was really expecting sa 2004 nga batch to really dominate coz they have size and talent butÂ* its really frustrating.

I still consider dream team 92 as the greatest. jordan, pippen, robinson, barkley, bird, johson, robinson, mullin, drexler, stockton, malone si laetner ra siguro ang dili kaayo maayo.

theyve got power from barkley and robinson, the defensive antics of pippen and jordan, the passing skills of magic and the cluthch shooting of bird. asa pa man mo mangita og ingon ana nga team, nga full of talents pero nagkasinabot pag abot sa olympics.

ang total ave. pa gyud sa ila labaw kay 40 plus points

mao sad ni rason why I choose lebron over kobe, hes willing to sacrifice, dili siya superstar(rockstar attitude) og batasan.

DISAGREE ko level42....wla nimo gipoint out ang aspect nga "POLISHED SKILLS"... Dream Team "92 & "96 were all seasoned veterans (except for Christian Laetner)...if i'm not mistaken most dream team players were in their prime (played in championships, won, lost, been there, done that! 2x, 3x)....now for the recent dream team who "SUCKED BIG TIME"...there are ONLY two aspects that contributed to their downfall [1] UNPOLISHED SKILLS (either physical or mental (leadership) ), LBJ - played high school ball, most of them ONLY played 2 seasons of collegiate baskteball... then they were not in the focus of winning as a team instead as individual, come on this is basketball (although my point in a team is there is indeed "I" as every individual needs to contribute for the sake of the team [2] WORLD BASKETBALL EVOLVED drastically over the years especially worldwide coverage of NBA to Europe, Asia....Olympics '92 & '96 participants were not that close to U.S basketball (I would still think if they played today, they would struggle against Argentina, Serbia & Montenegro, but I think they can pull it through)...

correction lang ha...I think lebron has a rockstar attitude ---- haven't you noticed he was cordially invited, persuaded to join the nba slam dunk contest 3yrs in a row and he would decline saying "I'D RATHER JOIN THE SKILLS COMPETITION RATHER THAN PARTICIPATE IN THE SLAM DUNK TO SHOWCASE MY SKILLS"?! are u kidding me?! what u think of slam dunk NO SKILLS, how about the hops, creativity?! I think he's just so damed afraid of losing, or not withstanding the great expectations to him! LAME! just like what he will do in closing seconds pass the ball to what damon jones?! OMG....he's got the skills, physical atribute to overpower/get past anyone guarding him except raja bell kay i choke slam nya cya! hheheheh...I know he's trying to imply unselfishness in his game but WTF is that, ur just trying to escape from being a scapegoat (THAT'S IS NOT WHAT MJ DID, HE EVEN TOOK ALL SHOTS (EXCEPT FOR STEVE KERR IN FINALS '97) and Kobe too, bahalag ingnon buaya basta sila ang niitsa kay in their team they are the ONLY 1 who could take a shot that has a greater chance of going in....even Magic dreamt of beating the celtics with a last second shot (THAT's WHAT HE DID IN BOSTON USING A RUNNING SKYHOOK).....

The fact is there will be no next Michael Jordan, period!

If someone say Kobe, Lebron, etc. are the next MJ, ohh come on!!

Kobe is Kobe, Lebron is Lebron, and they don't deserved to be called the next MJ!!

EPOY... it's good that people are passionate to some things like sports, music, etc... nothing wrong with that. It beats those who are passionate about video games, diba? (I play video games too... pero I'd rather go out and play ug maka higayon).

It's also good that we have knowledgeable people here who can greatly contribute to the forum like Level42, Omad, at8n1981, etc... I guess let's just keep our zeal in check.

    OT:
Level: still working on the project with the vocalist... wala pa gyuy klaro.. we get together once/week.
