10,000uF microfarad? are you referring to capacitor or resistor sir? sa PL, no need to add resistors..but kung gusto ka, gamiti ceramic, but i dont think you need to..

use it as it is. they recommend replacing the bulbs 6-8 months..

mao na jud na problema sa bulbs dali ra ma busted. kng flourescent mas dugay man tingale mag replace.

ayaw anang libog.hehehe dili na kinahanglan ug any resistor.

light is a load, resistor is also a load. resistor doesn't have an output but it only resist.

ayaw lang kalibog. just use light as it is.

talked with someone from sm re: possible planted tank show.. we need to submit a letter with our intent... ato nya ni sabutan sa next meeting.... kung sa decmber we cant get free space guro because its peak season.. maybe off peak guro...
