This is fast approaching .... our favilitators would be GALADRIEL and DMONYITA , ok lang ?

AFAIK .... from the start , we would be making PASTA from SCRATCH ( linguine ) and PASTA SAUCE from SCRATCH ( white sauce / alfredo sauce ) and maybe GARLUIC BREAD .

SHould we meet around 5 days prior to the date ( 29th ) and give our share for the budget ? Say 100 pesos each participant ? I believe that should cover the expenses for the ingredients and to pay the host that would cover also the place , use of equipments and utilities considering naay 10 participants . The more people who will attend , the lesser ang amotan .
