the funny thing ... with the obstruction of Mandaue's Irresponsible politicians to ERUF's return to my Mandaue is that ...
... when these Irresponsible politicians need Emergency Medical Services for their families ... they call ERUF ... 
?!!! ... 
... that's why they were called IrO ...

even the COA ... gave the mayor tips how to go around their prohibition ...
... but the IrO in the council would not cooperate with the mayor ... 
... perhaps that's why they crashed and burned ...
