Masskara Festival will be on Oct 16-22.
Wala bitaw kaayo infrastructure but the place is improving all the time, most of the roads are cemented and in good condition.
We have a lot of competitive schools too.

Bacolod always wins as the cleanest and greenest highly urbanized city.
I have a friend from Cebu who went there, nabilib siya sa lugar kay bisag sa siyudad naa kuno mga kahoy.
Hope you can visit our place.
You can see a lot of Beautiful Ilonggas around, sweet na lambing pa hehe!

By the way, for me lang ha...Bacolod City alone is not the best,
to make it the BEST dapat included ang other parts of Negros.
Example...Mambukal, it's one of the best place for ecotourism
BUT its not located at Bacolod City, you'll find it at Murcia,
a town going southeat from Bacolod.
So for your next trip and if you have time, check the whole
Negros...not only Bacolod...K! but for sure Masskara alone is FUN! :mrgreen:
