1. Name. istorya.net Runners Club (vs) Istoryan Runners Club; consult with Melvinthegreat
1.1. Usage of name in application forms (for running events)
1.2. Usage of name in non-running events, or outside of Istorya.

2. Membership requirements.
2.1. Who can join?
2.2. What information / details to collect for each member.

3. Membership fees.
3.1. What to do with money?
3.2. Who will keep the money? How will it be stored?
3.3. What is the level of transparency for IRC funds? (to eliminate corruption / mismanagement of funds)
** Personally, I don't want to have membership fees for now, since this limits participation.
* Runners who want to join IRC, but already belong (and pay dues) to other clubs will not want to join IRC.
* Kids / Students / Non-working people will not be able to join IRC.
* If we need to collect money for membership, I suggest we start with P10 first.
I think everybody can afford that. (Bottomline: I don't see a need for money now).
But if FREE (for now), BETTER!

As agreed last meeting we will be having a second General Meeting on April 1, 2012 (either 6-8am or 6-8pm)...(either Cebu City Sports Complex or istorya.net office)….kun adto ta sa istorya.net office kinahanglan pa ni ug explicit GO signal ni boss Melvinthegreat.

Pili namo asa ninyo ana para ma finalize nato early next week kay para pud mka adjust ta sa isig ka schedule nato…

So,,mga higala these are my SUGGESTONS/RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY dili pa ni final ha ‘coz I am not the voice of power here…So, kun OK ran ni sa majority,,aawww lahos ta , otherwise kun naa pa moy suggestions and recommendation nga gusto ninyo ipasundayag dapat mintras sayo pa i-ladlad nana diri kay para ma planohan na daan natong tanan before sa actual nga meeting,,kay kun inig abot pa nato sa meeting ta ayha pata mag huna huna unsay atong tuki-on mahurot atong bilinhong oras….And also, I believe that the agendum and topics presented above are the ones important enough needed to be discussed next general meeting BUT it does not mean that they are the ONLY important ones,,,pwede ra gud na nato pun-an pero sa given time frame sa meeting which very limited, murag kana ra gyud atong ma discuss …very possible paman gani nga dili na mahurot ug discuss…basta ang atong mga suggestions and recommendations must be attainable given our limited time.


And also as much as possible please be on time…mga runners raba kunohay ta, so kun ma late abot unya Gun Start na aww,,habilin gyud bwahahaha.
