it should have done conciously , poverty stricken areas should be educated with the right contraception program .

and if u plan to have lots of children u must have the necessary resources to do so. if not they there should be a penalty as a rule.

What God created are Cycles.
There are cycles of life and death.
Cycles of light and darkness.
Cycles of hot and cold.
This cycles creates balance and perpetuity.
This will make thing live or last longer.

Death only recycle matter.
The soul will never die.
