    Pag paniwang is made easy through the low calorie meal in a form of shake. What I did is that I eat 1 regular meal like for example lunch time, walang bawal kainin, I can eat the foods I love and my 2 meals is replaced with a low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Whenever hungry, I eat fruits or drink another shake. Then once I reached my ideal weight, example 2 months for me to lose my 18lbs excess weight, I need to maintain my weight for 2 months for me to keep off my excess weight forever. So for my maintaing weight program, I eat 2 regular meals(Lunch&dinner) or (Breakfast and lunch) my choice which of the day I eat my regular meal, then 1 meal I replace with the low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Doing that,I lost 4 inches off the waist and 18 amazing pounds in just 2 months lose weight program and 2 months maintaining weight program. A total of 4 months weight management program for me to shape up and keep off my 18lbs excess weight FOREVER
    I feel great and look great and right now, I can eat 2 regular meals(Lunch and dinner) walang bawal kainin and 1 meal replacement of the low calorie meal in a form of the nutritious shake during breakfast. Its affordable because it is only P30.00 per meal these contains vitamins,minerals,fiber, herbs & nutrients that our body needs.BFAD registered as food, so no side effects.

    Lack of exercise hasn't made us fat but lack of Nutrition has....

    dont do crash diets... kanang mogamay dayon ka in just a matter of weeks kay inig hunung nimo sa diet moballoon gihapon ka balik.... hinay hinay lang... eat rice in moderation... for example kung usa ka plato mahurot nimo, try una half then one fourth then maintain... dili man sad maayo walay rice sa imo diet....

    im a student nurse...needless to say im always busy....only have a few hours to spare a day........and i guess those "few hours" goes to my rest.............

    i dont eat a balance diet coz im living in a dorm...and all the cafeterias near it only offer (mostly) meats....and their veggies are always the same......beans...utan bisaya.......beans again..wa nay lain....

    im beginning to gain alot of weight lately.....i think it's high time to trim down....

    so..any suggestions my friend asked me if i want to go with her sa gym kaya lang kuwang man gud sa oras kay busy au sa school...

    but i think i'll really have to find time para ana....

    anything else you want to add

    is fitrum or any other pills okay?

    mmm...try this sa imong meal.

    oatmeal - breakfast
    veggies soup, or half-rice and 1 dish (veggies/ fish) - lunch
    dinner - 1 rice + 1 dish

    before taking ur meal, eat nuts. mka.lessen na xa sa k.gutom
    and water.

    try 20-30 min. of jogging a day! so you dont have to worry on changing youre diet. 20-30min. lang dili man cguro na taas nga time para nimo :mrgreen:

    and make it possible to burn fats, thru, walking, jogging, biking, swimming etc. at least you can have 30mins minimum a week.
    no need to go to the gym. OK?
