Bare man nah sha bro pagpalit nako sa CITI HArdware Mandaue morag 7K man guro toh then ako lang gepa pintalan and varnished sako ganahan nga color. Then the rest of the door locks, accessories were all purchased abroad.

pwde ba daw ma 2 storey ang balay kung ang mga column kay 4 ra ka 16mm rebars? strap 5" ang size 12mm rebars, column size 25 cm...salama daan sa mga engr dri...

I thinks this is okay. check the area of steel formula to get the least number of steel on a given reinforced concrete just to be sure.
