IMO, the main target of PDUT Administration is to have many investment in our country.That's why his administration is traveling around looking for good opportunities. Wealth of the country depends on trade, in goods or services. Trade depends on infrastructure, and infrastructure in turn depends on investment.

So the more 'developed' a country is, the more money it is capable of making, More money means rich country, rich/developed country means less drugs (not free of drugs),less drugs less crime.

I some of the countries they decriminalized using of drugs and having a small quantity of it. but the drugs are still illegal.
