Been having non stop issues with this ISP for 4 months. Right now, I'm dealing with frequent two seconds disconnection. Calling CS ain't helping. One time I waited 30 minutes and guess what, no one answered. I now fear for my mental health.

I am seriously considering on ending my subscription. Na unsa naman ning PLDT.

Turns out, my line got corroded. It's fixed now but I still lose connection randomly. Not as much as long ago though.

just explain to them of random disconnections, check also the SNR of the line itself

oo 1.7k per month amo plan. ahaka pud ana nila oy, way gamit mag kuha2 og faster plans kung 150kbps ra diay makuha. haha. gi unsa nimo pag sturya sa customer service? nag troubleshoot pa mo?

ingon ana amo speed saona maam, same rata ug monthly bill nya kutob rato 1mbps, pag reklamo namo naa ray gi adjust ang technician sa wiring sa poste full speed 3mbps dayon amo nakuha, bulay-og man gud na kasagaran tig install kay basta naa lay internet humana ila trabaho walay paki sa speed, mu ingon ra nga "sa sugod rana hinay"

ok ba mu gamit ug custom firmware sa pldt modem/router like the PROLiNK H5004N?

okay ra man bro, minimal ra man pud ila gi customize sa router like iya GUI, and some locked settings. ako gi update ako firmware atong naay note "Not for Philippines" nga firmware. Everything went smooth and i got rid of their silly settings... stable ra man pud, iya noise margin better pa sa ila custom firmware.

Ask lang q if experience b m ug ingun ani mga last week g DL ko ug Torrent. Avid Torrent user q so I knw my averagespeed. 350-390kbps rjd kaya aning kurimaw nako na linya. Plan 999 3mbps n plan. Ug sadihang n tingala q mga 4 days ago ng DL q ug torrent n skyrcket rg kalit to 690kbps! Akng mata n sinaw ug n budlat. Na buang q ug kalit kay grabe ka dali r n human sa 6g na DL nko. Akng g SPDtest sa ookla n 5.4mbps akng SPD ug kalit in multiple servers ha ug s gawas mdyo taas ang ping n patak ghpun 5mbps. Astang lipaya nko nga g DL spree q. N dugay n siya ug mga 1 & 1 half days. After pud ana, n blik npd sa 3mbps whch is ang orginal plan so mao to luya nsad. Pro after 1 day ni blik nsad ug 5mbps kalit. daun after 2 days ni blik nasad 3mbps. Naka experience b mo ani? Normal n? Unta mg glitch sa ila n side no unya ma permanent ni nga 5mpbs. *wishful thinking*
