Meth : Portugal and Italy. I think it's legal in HK pd. And i'm pretty sure naa pay laing countries nga gidecriminalized ni nila.

Extacy and MDMA : Amsterdam. And you can actually consult a doctor there ug unsay effects/side effects sa pill before you take it.

Weed : Amsterdam and some states in the US. 100% sure nga legal ni in loads of countries.

Oh! Cocaine is legal in Australia and Germany pd (Medically).

Heroin is legal in Portugal pd. (not so sure about this pero murag namention pd ni sa akong barkada)

Looking at these countries compared to ours. Ang crime rate kay dako dako jd ug deperensya. Specially Amsterdam, kinahanglan silag piniriso karon kay nagnihit ilang crime.

Correct me if i'm wrong Sir. This is not only what I read from papers/online but it is also what I heard from friends nga nagpuyo jd anang mga lugara

Fair point. I'm just saying nga kung anhi nato unahon ang changes sa bigger officials, i think everything else will follow. More jobs for poor people para dli na mangawat ug pangdrugs and there will be other big opportunities pd for sure. Some might even think about quitting kay they have their own decent living already.

One thing that make this users crave for drugs pd is the excitement of doing something illegal. I'm not suggesting to legalize it ha. I think my whole point is we can do better than killings

That method has been done terms ago... That's how it got worst until now.

They needed to fear someone to change. Sayon ra kaau ingnon tarongon ang mga officials pero you know naman some officials get their funds from druglords. Thus, they will protect then anyway they can.

Lisud man hutdon ang mga druglords because they are not out in the open. Wa pud silay resibo... so to hurt them and make them transfer to a different business is to eliminate their buyers or market sellers until they will think so.

Kung wala pa na presidente si Duterte di ta maka dakop billions worth of drugs a month..
Naka record gani of the biggest in Phil history of 6 billion worth. Gikan ang mga info ana sa mga small time sellers kai na hadlok sila nga patyon sa ilang suppliers. Then the Druglords are doing something about it by killing those users who knows locations of the labs..

Then media sensationals every killing Blaming PRD. When most of filipinos know nga that was his first thing he said when people begged him to run.

"If I run, it will be bloody".

Because he knows how the system works and not because he wants to kill people.
