Meth : Portugal and Italy. I think it's legal in HK pd. And i'm pretty sure naa pay laing countries nga gidecriminalized ni nila.

Fair point. I'm just saying nga kung anhi nato unahon ang changes sa bigger officials, i think everything else will follow. More jobs for poor people para dli na mangawat ug pangdrugs and there will be other big opportunities pd for sure. Some might even think about quitting kay they have their own decent living already.

One thing that make this users crave for drugs pd is the excitement of doing something illegal. I'm not suggesting to legalize it ha. I think my whole point is we can do better than killings
