    Kapila naku ni tawag ug globe. Pirmi lang advise to monitor the connection. Ni request nakug sup pero same ra ghapon ang tubag. Naa naman hinuon ko billing adjustment. In fact, waived akung 1 month kay mo disconnect naman ko padung. Pero somehow, nangita ko ug reason nganung dugay ma resolve ug nganung dli pa ma resolve. Walay constant communication sila. 3 weeks na ang outage.

    same situation sir. abin nko ako ra nkexperience ani. im confuse if i want to switch to other provider basin maworst unya.

    3 weeks? gitagaan ka job order? suppose to be within 24-48 hours mu coordinate ang tech for online visits and until maulian ang connection nmo magsige na sila followup everyday. better i adto na sa office nila.
