The article you quoted says: 'Nearly eight out of every 10 Filipinos fear they might fall victim to the rampant killings '.

Take note of the underline word. 8 out of 10 means 8/10 in fraction and 80% in percent form.
88% (as you have quoted) is actually bigger than the 8 out of 10 ratio. Kindly review your math before commenting.

The word 'satisfied' and 'worried' are not exact opposites. They can both exist at the same time and that's just what is meant by the part of the article you have quoted.

    All by the courtesy of..
After all, the survey came from the same entity who conducted the pre-election survey that showed Duterte as the leading presidential candidate.

I know the math thats why i added the options but what about the logic..
45% very worried + 33% somewhat worried. + 10% not too worried = 88% Feared dying in drug war (Seems Legit)

I agree they are different, Obviously it's a war people should be worried. Survey where their's a war on going like
Abu sayaf areas or even Aleppo people would be so "worried"

Paskang b*g*ka! Wa ka kasabot sa reply sa usa ka poster diri?

Basaha lagi og tarong ang original article nga imong gi-quote. Dili kay mag-quote2x lang unya wala diay makasabot sa iyang gi-quote.

Seventy-eight percent of 1,500 respondents in the December 3 to 6 poll said they were worried that they or anyone they know will die due to the drug fight.

The remaining 10 percent were “not too worried” and 12 percent were “not worried at all.”

    src:
8 in 10 Pinoys fear dying in drug war, says poll | ABS-CBN News
    Sa ato pa:
    78% = worried
    10% = not too worried
12% = not worried at all.

    78 + 10 + 12 = 100%!

Now, kanang 78% ka Filipino nga na-worried, that is VERY NEAR to 80/100 (in fraction). Kun i-reduce na sa lowest term, mahimo ng 8/10 which is equivalent to '8 out of 10'.
