I'm not taking away Pnoy's effort to solve the issue. Whether he gave commands to brutefully or peacefully end the issue, it is still beyond our grasp. Whether our president made mistakes in decision making, we do not know because we do not know how their inner circle works. Like they said, commander in chief is always on top of everything, but still you can't put everything on his shoulders.

But what is obvious to the filipino people and to the foreign community is our PNP's incompetence in dealing with the issue.

You have field commanders in the field assessing the issue. Ni simpleng pag-contain sa media, walay nakahuna2x. Ang angay dok-dokon sa maso nga gihampas-hampas sa Bus, ang ilang field officer... Madahan nimo nang police force with ordinary uniforms ra ang gipa storm sa scene...
