    Hello everyone!

    I'm an experienced call center agent, and I'm currently scouting for a good call center company. I plan on quitting my job here at my current company because of the uncertainty, politics and not to mention the emotional and psychological baggage that I and my team have been experiencing for the last couple of weeks.

    Here's our status:
    Shift - 10 hours (plus meeting after shift) starts 3 am
    Salary- 4k every 15th
    Coworkers - Don't like the attitude, very unprofessional when dealing with agents

    So you can understand the level of attrition I have against my current company. So if this company can "provide" more than the things I posted above then I'll be sure to apply right away. My other friends are planning to resign too.

    That is why I want to be referred by someone from Stream. Just PM me if you want to refer me. Don't worry; I'll try my best to get in so that you'll get your referral bonus! *wink*

    i got a call last week from stream telling me if i was interested to start earlier than the projected date of the non-voice account's start date which is june 15. HR told me to start with a voice account just to start the ball rolling. i reasoned out i have prior engagements and that i wont be available until june 15. it was ok with them.

    now im starting to wonder how come this type of conversations exist. i signed for a non-voice account early May but now im being called upon to try a voice account. i just hope stream's non-voice account is for real. its what i want since its a pioneering account.
