basta advise lang nako sa nagtrabaho ug ing ani nga industry like manufacturing, dapat magprepare jud ka lain skills para sa career shift,ky naka relate pud ko ani way back 9 years ago, nga naa pud economic downpour na company diha somewhere in MEPZ1, may gani kay mao pud to pag usbong sa trend sa kato ako gi develop na career shift, mao wala kaayo ko naguol nga ma apil ko ka retrench ky naka prepare naman ko daan . so ang separation pay mao pud ang naka tabang para puno sa investment. basta advise nako ninyo in every 2 to 3 years time,dapat makadevelop or maka add mo ug new career,skills,passions or interests para maka survive ta sa competition either sa negosyo or sa pag panarbaho

Sad to hear this news. Thought of my time when I was working with this company. Those were the days ladies and gentlemen! There should always a reason for everything.
There will always be changes and sadly this is one of them. At least, kabalo ang mga workers and they have enough time to prepare and of course get what is due to them.
Employees are dispensable. Might as well make use of the remaining time there and of course don't forget to find another job pala sayon nalang ang transition process.
