Ok kaayo na sa emall sa top floor neo something ang name (sorry nalimot ko). I tried there, ok ra walay problem. Hatag pud sila ug warranty like one month and in case mo brick, they will replace it with a hard-modded 3ds for FREE. Well, wala ra man pod mo brick ako hehe. That's the only shop I encountered that offers hard modding afaik.

If the 3ds version is 10 and below, pwede deretso cfw and I think naay bag.o firmware version gi release ron so just dont update lang sa. Every version is already patched so be careful lang. V.11 needs hardmodding na before you can cfw.

Bravely series is by far the best pokemon substitute sa nintendo coz yokai watch was too easy. I dont know about the 2nd and 3rd yokai though. Nag tigum ko gamay para ezflash sa GBA SP kay panitan nako balik ang Fire Emblem ddto haha
