and sa Congress gahapon, nahimung kataw-ana hinuon. why would they keep on asking about their relationship(de5 and Dayan) where it is not the main issue at hand and both of them already admitted it in public. they could have asked it once then move on to more pressing issue. they could have forced Dayan to spill out everything coz it is very clear that he exclude his involvement with what is stated in his affidavit which is expected.

ila unta pangutanon asa nauna itlog ba or ang manok.

the more delays that this will encounter the better for the accused to evade all accusations.

being in the executive branch does not give you that authority. it doesn't work that way. executive has very little to no power over legislative branch. they can help though. which is what they are doing now, they provide witnesses and documents and produce evidence. they present it to the investigating body which is now the senate and congress. only the congress and senate and supreme court can do it.as far as i know doj cannot put delima behind bars. not even the ombudsman. it is very hard to remove someone elected in our system of government.

this will be a long process. but as long as doj is providing all the papers and witnesses and legal documents then i think they are doing the right job.

i dont mean that they interfere with other branch of govt as it has co equal powers. what i meant is that by this time they could have at least sufficient evidences for them to file a case on court. but that is not what im seeing with the DOJ now.

same with internal investigations of the PNP, senators are puzzled as to why some suspected police personnel dont have cases until now. what took it so long to be filed. in the case of Epsinosa if not for the senate telling the PNP to have the members of CIDG 8 be in restrictive custody hangtud krn hayahay pa kau tong mga tawhana.

i believe they have the correct persons now. but of course investigating body needs to know how credible they are or if the documents and evidence produced are reliable or not.documents its easy to produce but the reliability and testimony from a person is another thing. the right person are in place and are in custody already. if the elder espinosa was not killed would've been better.

Picturi nya nyo ang aftermath sa rally kung nanglimpyo ba ang nag.rally.

Parehas ba sa Duterte rally katong presidential elections time.

Or kung maghulat sila sa streetcleaners to clean up their messes.

Personally, I have no objection to (or desire for) Marcos burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. If Fabian Ver and Angelo Reyes are buried there, I don't see why Marcos shouldn't be there. However, on Duterte's list of priorities (especially those that will certainly encounter resistance), I thought the pursuit for a Federal form of government should've come first. This man-crush on Marcos is inexplicable, coming from a macho-type guy Duterte. What's gonna happen now with this dream of Federalism? With the mounting opposition brought about by the Marcos burial (talk about not being able to move on for 27 years and then asking people to move on), how are we now going to get support for Federalism?

I think on hold pa ang federalism part. For as long as rampant pa ang corruption and narco-politics nato, federalism will only make it worse. Mao clean up sa before making any change in the government.
