I am a member of Odesk.com and this is a legitimate site, and it is difficult to find a job on Odesk.com. There are many providers compete for the projects on Odesk.com. Even if I have an account on Odesk.com, I am not successful in bidding a job so I decided to give up. Try and try until you succeed and do not give up.
Gi-erase nako ako previous post. *poof*, magic

for those who were able to get a job from odesk, usually how long (how many days or months) are the tasks given to you?
i tried to check odesk before but there were those (from pinas, vietnam, sri lanka, etc) who were charging very low rates so i did not bother applying here. murag battle to the lowest bidder. hopefully some of you can share what type of jobs you were able to get and if it is worth it.
not necessarily. when you get enough feedback, you'll get a lot of private interviews where the rates are actually good.
if you want feedback in oDesk. Contact me.. I can give you for $1 but you need to give it return in cash. I am an employer/contractor in oDesk. Feedback is really important once you are still a newbie just like me before. I earned my first job for $1 til I get more than $1000 after 5 months of continuous hard working.
mas better ang 99designs compared with oDesk
