    Bai Juan,

I bought a battery operated air pump before. I think it costs around 100-200 pesos. You can run it with 2 A size batteries

Kung wala ko battery, I just remove the top cover of the tank

@Juan, I always stock lightly so a 24-36 hour power failure is not really a problem. once it goes beyond, i think ill go look for the battery operated pump.

@dubCity, hehe nailad pud ko sa background, abi kog katong pula tinood to na coral. hehe. Those A.Ocellaris look great. no plans to buy an anemone? $__$ or go planted? Caulerpa looks great.

@Zerk most sources in the interent recommend 30, so it should be fine. i think cardinals can tolerate higher temps in the wild but not sure about rummies. Some people say that medications are useless and salt is the way to go since salt attacks the very reason why ick swarmers are able to survive in the open water, via osmotic pressure. Othere believe that the ick we have today is mostly resistant to medications due to strains that have adapted to improper treatment. Just like how some bacteria are now resistant to antibiotics.

But i think the formalin should work fine... Im assuming the sera medication contains some formalin.

    U dosing at half ?
