im diagnosed with PCOS as of 2011...... pero regular ko as in halos on the dot every month. nikalit rakog no period for 2-3 months pero everyday spotting. abi nakog baby na, di diay.... it's abnormal uterine bleeding. nagtake ko ug tranexamic acid pero wa ni work... diay, wala nasad koy pcos based sa pagtan aw sako obgyne sakong vscan. nag bleeding kog heavy for 4 months-ish.... then kaduha ko nag tranexamic acid, every 6hours na sya for 7 days.... wa ni work, nag prescribe ako ibgyne ug metformin.... nada..... mag balhin kog obgyne....

then nag-intermittent fasting ko. ayha ra naundang ako bleeding, pero naay occassional spotting if ma stress ko at work.


i still need an obgyne.


btw, naglose kog 10kilos sa intermittent fasting and im on my 2 and a half weeks na.
