but knowing accenture @ teletech & how it is being run by the current bosses, tls wont really have the time to get to know the account because of tons of deliverables that the bosses are asking them. some of the deliverables kay wala bya juy gamit. Accenture @ teletech is more on compliance lang mao nga wa jud ni ni improve. i just hope nga ilang ipuli nga mga boss would be able to make the account better this time.

yep ur so right! tons of deliverable, even the OM ipasa iya work sa TL or mga FS kay dli na nya kaya (eg. deep dive, iya mana job)...if before daghan sila deliverables mas daghan gyud daw run!

naa sila SOM but not yet official, so pwidi pa madayun or dli ang current nga SOM...

dili lang kay luoy ang mga tenured kundi sayang ila knowledge sa account because they are promoting the wrong people, puro mga K!ssAss ang napromote! way kwenta...

funny au ako experience here. twas during my final interview...gpa define ba nmn sa ako ang modem, LAN/WAN, difference sa dsl and dial-up, etc. basically technical stuff...OMG!!! freak out jud ang show! hahaha pag andam mo answers ana ky apil jud na sa final interview. wahihihi

Really? I thought eTelecare has ALWAYS been a part of the Ayala Corp. In fact, the CEO is an Ayala (AFAIK)... I could be wrong though.
