ug dli lng jud ta mag pataka ug labay sa basura kada usa natu dli jud kailangan mag sweldo ang government pra mamunit ug mu limpyo sa lugar..
ug pahugtan palang ang atung bala.od ani sus daghan jud mga dakpan ky nagpataka labay basura!!

1) Naa naman tay laws regarding this one. But our laws has no TEETH at all.
2) Dili mahadlok ang pinoy citizens mag kalat kai pila raman sad ang penalty/fine?
Increase the penalty to 100x and implement it. SOLVED!

Naa ra na sa mentality sa mga tau. If everyone is on a fixed mindset, things won't be done. Its so impossible to change the mindset of the filipino people. I think the government should be strict on law implementation if we want to see a cleaner and better cebu.

lisod jud bitaw kaayo ni kay if ikaw manglimpyo ka, naa pud mga tao maghugaw2x. Sa 1 ka tao nga manglimpyo, naay 10 kabook maghugaw2x. Ako mo support jud ko if klarohon pag implementar ang balaod.
