my vote too for the simpson... wud really be nice if they also change the fonts on the psp to match the simpsons font(not in the xmb but sa faceplate)..hehehe
one thing that bothers me about the simpson ed is that the umd door is white and not yellow......

has anyone done a stress test on it? lol i bet if u drop it theres no chance in hell it will survive, since its soo slim.

im impressed with quad's review thats basically all the cool features of the slim in a nutshell.

as for the usb charging i wouldnt depend on that since a usb power output is way less compared to the charger.

but as ive learnt because of the new psp board and software even custom firmware, there are some games that arent compatible with it. like socom and a couple of others that i have yet to read about. hehe

might switch to a slim after a few months.
thing is i still like the bulk of the old psp and the other stuff such as pop up umd's and stuff. hehe.

themes and screensavers and other stuff will be released in future firmare anyway. soo looking forward to that.

USB charging is not reliable which is true. but its at least a 2ndary option if you dont have the charger on hand.

after thorough playing, PSP slim battery of 1200mAh lasts for 4-5 1/2 hours. with lowest brightness, zero volume, 333 ISO speed, 333 XMB speed.

battery life may vary on user's settings. :mrgreen:

i have played my fat psp with full brightness setting game was jeanne d arc. laster around 4-5 hours. was playing straight. full brightness. i havent messed with the recovery settings tho. so i think its default speed

recharge to full batt from 3% 2 1/2 hours. lol
