@Kristiano, ako gamit kay Meguiar's Hyper dressing diluted to a 4:1 ratio. Spray it on the engine after washing it of course, then leave it for 15-30 mins. Wipe off excess. Gives a SHEEN not shine.

since ting-uwan naman krn and kalas tubig if cge limpy with mcwd water, e-sawd ang tubig sa uwan...
and also bro, from Autofocus, naa sila gi.promote na heat reducing tint... ang price ky tg 3.5k or 4k ra to for our innova... IDK if effective ba gyd to.. looks convincing sa ilang demo with halogen lamp focused to tint to a heat meter, ni.reduce ang reading... maau unta naay nakasuway aning product nila..
Bro, kanang tint basta bag-o, naa gyud na cya filtering element na makafilter sa UV or heat going through it. It boils down to percentage of UV rays and Heat na ma filter niya based on its price point, longevity sa effects sa iyang filtering, dili ba magdiscoliration in the long run...the filteing can be measured with the right tools, and of course subjectively felt or perceived by the occupants. In the end, its price point versus claimed benefits by the manufacturer.
@RACER X for my 3" pads I use Griots Garage DA, tapos ako 5" pads I use a Flex Polisher.
@RACER X nice dressing ah, Meg's HD is nice and easy to use, Diin ka palit ana sir? Cost effective nuon jud siya and dilutable. I used to use Megs hyperdressing but, in Gallon man gud and sadly ang cap sa Megs prone to cracking. So, switched to another brand heheheheh.. True, kaau pd its better to use water-based and VOC compliant car care products, para environmentally friendly pd ta. Nuon for engine dressing lng It would be nice kay i dont think ma.wala ra dayun.
Some solvent based dressing even discolor trim or tires. Hence, most OTC tire dressing kadugayan mu brown imong tires, and prone to cracking. So, ay nlng anang mga silica and solvent based products.
@Kristiano Nuon mka save jud ka sa tubig uwan, but rain water is contaminated. Awa gud, if mauwanan imong auto then leave the rain water to dry, you will see water marks and spots, those are the minerals that stick on the paint, at this point in time na polluted. One other reason why we wax the car, is not Just to make it SHIne, but to protect it from elements, one is rain water. This is why Wax is also testing for its beading and sheeting capacity to prevent water etchings.

@Jacobus, that's a nice setup. Mas nindot kung mag-post ta diri ug pictures or video for specific detailing topics....from light swirl/scratch removal, to Intermediate and Heavy correction...perhaps wet sanding to correct severe defects. sugdan nya nako.
I currently have a Flex XC as well and a Rupes Bigfoot LHR 21ES - i like both, but like to use the Rupes for SUV's because of the big throw, but almost exclusively use the Flex for spot corrections and smaller cars. The Flex is a true workhorse given the direct drive design. I skipped on buying the Griot's for my 3" Pads as it's severly underpowered - I purchased a Pneumatic polisher instead at Belmont which is 1/4 the price of a griots, but offers more torque and correction ability - depending on the pad and compound used of course.
For the interest of those who would want to learn, let's start posting topics for popular detailing issues and post pictures para nindot.

@Jacobus, i purchase my Meg's as well as other products almost exclusively through Autogeek. I just have them shipped via balikbayan boxes.
