bwehehe... #5 sila. I know a bit about WiPro that is based in India - more or less mura ni sila Sykes. They are not limited to call centers only. They were featured in CNN. Gamay na sweldo ang WiPro for sure. I should know because I worked with them for a time because our company needed their workforce.

Take note that high market performance doesn't necessarily mean well-paid employees. Remember that when a company budgets XXX Million dollars for salaries you divide that among yourselves. So 50,000 employees divided by that number (wala pa labot sa mga dagkong tae nga dagko sweldo). That estimates to lower wages against, say, 10,000 employees.
