Just to clarify:

Lahi man na ang prisoner and detainee hence prisoner is held on prison cell while detainee sa detention room. Prisoners are person who are incarcerated as penalty of crime while detainee are incarcerated on suspicion of crime. So di gyud na mahitabo ang suggestion of some people here. Though pwede man ni sila 3 to be detain/incarcerate with other detainee like those on regular holding cell sa police station, wise man pud ni sila kay ni surrender man sila sa Camp Crame wherein they have a good detention room But maybe I misunderstand people here cause of the word "preso" is that prisoner or detainee lol

And there no such thing as "zero chance of bailing out" actually its contrary cause the right to bail is guarantee in the Bill of Right, if we follow the constitution strictly they can post bail and technically theres no such thing as "non bailable offense" anyone can apply for bail the thing is if the crime is punishable by death or life imprisonment then bail is a matter of right hence it's judicial discretion which mean ang judge gyud magbuot usually base on the strength of evidences.

regarding to the ruckus here hehehe, I think its best to donate nalang ang 20k kay theres no assurance these 3 will serve time, cmon wa pa gani nagsugod. Cause in the court room it doesnt matter if you are guilty or not but how they present the evidences and merits short term pud bya ang party2x hehehe or pwede dinha nalang mag party kung convicted na... just my two cents.

Ang point ra man gud is dili tagaan ug VIP treatment whether gi held sa detention cell/room. And correction, wala sya ni surrender sa Camp Crame but sa Sandiganbayan. Mao naa sya sa Camp Crame gibutang kay gi aprobahan man ang iyang motion nga anha sya i detain.
