Boss, unsa inyo marecommend nga workout for ectomorphs? Feel nako ectomorph ko kay dako kay kog kaon pero hinay akong gain ba. Btw, I used to workout 2-3 years ago pero I stopped kay nabusy, and I'm planning to resume. Any thoughts mga TS? 130lbs ako current weight and 5'8" ako height.

My gym is mediocre and lacks a lot of equipment sir. But someday maybe we can train together in a decent gym even just for a day.![]()
boss @Cyrenz, grabe kaayo kog kaon pero akong tiyan ra mudako, wala ko kasabot. And aware man pud kos calorie intake nako, needed kog 2k calories a day pero feel nako di ko makareach ana nga counter mao ng muresort nalang ko ug working out para mafit sad ta ginagmay. Ganahan gani ko masculpt ni akong abdomen area.

i just wish i could...very busy these days lately. sometimes i don't even know how many pounds im lifting anymore. just after the "taxing" of the muscle thing. ur numbers are too high for me. maybe half lang siguro ana akong max! anyway, good luck sa inyu goals diha...just keep pushing...!
bro para nako dili dako imoha kaon, maglisud man gani ka ug consume ug 2000cals a day. 2000 cals a day is too low for your bodytype and stats. bsan pa mo consume ka 2000cals dili jud ka mo gain ug weight. Then if mo resort pa jud ka ug weight training mosamot pa jud ni ka ubos imoha timbang, medyo counterproductive imoha statement ug goals bro.
