daghana maau mubatbat uy.. i'll answer this as a plain-minded churchgoer. i admit na di na ko mu-claim that i am an RC for some personal reasons but i still attend masses kana mukuyog ko ako friend. sadly, tinuod jud ang giingon ni Reyes na boring ang mga homilies. actually kung musimba ko,expected na nako nga wa ra koy mdunggan na wa pa nako nahibal.an. mas kataw-onon pa kay kana English mass kuno, imbes ang misa kay 45-60mins, aw mahimo ra lage 30mins or less. natingala lang ko na in less than 5mins kay nahuman na ang sermon sa pari.

ang mga youth karon kay mas aware na man gud, they need something that would at first cater their minds and then nourish their souls. if they want for the mass attendance to soar high again, they have to be creative and more informative with their sermons. di lang kay muhatag og views nila kung unsaon pag-act og uban pa unya it is not something new na raba pud. pareha lang, nahibal-an na.

Whats with THEORY of EVOLUTION ?

Is it already affirmed that we came from the MONKEYS ?

Dont confuse yourself with THEORY and CONCLUSION .

The youth of today thinks the MASS is boring because the YOUTH of today are mostly PRE OCCUPIED . I would even think and be happy for it na unta di lang manimba because ga dala lang ug alimuot or huot sa sulod since they are not SPIRITUALLY ready anyways . Sa mubong storya , physically present , mentally absent .

Ours are times of agitation, restlessness and stress. Times where the father of lies has infected man's intelligence by making him call what is evil good and what is good evil, to put light for darkness and darkness for light, to plant in his soul a burning doubt and skepticism that kills the slightest trace of hope in a horizon of plenitude which the world with its flattery does not know, nor can it give.

The fruits of this devilish enterprise are evident. Once the “nonsense” and the loss of transcendence prevail among so many men and women, they find that not only have they forgotten their way, but they have also lost it, because previously they forgot the Way. Wars, all kinds of violence, unreasonable hostility and selfishness before life (birth-control, abortion, euthanasia...), broken families, aimless youth, and so on and so forth, constitute the great lie over which the sad scaffolding of the so called society of “progress” leans on.
