Sticking with the Source Engine for this long is really a god send for some people who don't have an OMGWTFBBQPWN computer.

Anyways to the T.S.:

I think Crysis is still considered a heavy game up to now. Especially if run at high resolutions and lots and lots of "eye candy."

If you meant F.E.A.R. 2 is a heavy game its actually not kay its based on the same Jupiter engine (upgraded lang) as the original F.E.A.R. If I'm not mistaken if you can run F.E.A.R. at high settings with your current rig you can mostly likely run F.E.A.R. 2 at high settings as well.
