The phone's tone settings would always revert to default when the phone is connected to the PC and the connector is removed. BTW I kept all the tones in the SD Card.

I agree when that the charger is not good, feel like a cheap class C Charger. If you have other chargers, original one use them.

I think the chances of a software update is very slim. I doubt if Cherry Mobile or Myphone updates the firmware for their latest phones but then again I may be mistaken.
