Agent: Im really sorry to hear that sir... (very uneasy and sounds very afraid)

Cust.. blah blah... yeah ryt and i lost my business over this F$$^ piece of crap.. (then dead silent).. then...
Cust.. ey buddy.. could i borrow a ballpen from you so that I can write your manager on how lousy your company is...!?

Agent: Ok sir, would you mind if you can hold on the line? Ill just get my ballpen here and give it to you?.
