Tito Sotto has been in the Senate for mor than 14 years. Some Senators here far more than that- like 20+ years. Yet, they never have done anything special except sit in their chairs with one finger in their butthole and another finger pointing another politician for some crime or misdeed. They're just getting paid by pointing fingers at someone.
