its bcoz of the raw file mam. if u shoot raw and open the raw file in lightroom, mora na cya ug ma 'reset', bcoz wat ur seeing in the camera screen or 'when its still loading the photo sa lightroom' is the 'processed' state of that raw file w/c nka indicate sa imo camera settings (sharpness, contrast, white balance etc...)

I shoot raw all the time, i have. 32gb extreme pro compact flash card, now heres my problem... The photos look alive and sharp if tou look at it from the camera screen but once i transfer it to my lightroom library, while its still loading the photo looks so lively and sharp but once the loading is finished then i've noticed that all of a sudden the photo looks dulls and dead? Its like something has extracted the colours? Is It my camera or lightroom? I must have messed up some settings in my camera but cant figure out which exactly it is. .

It's normal when you transfer it to your PC and edit it with your software. The idea is for you to have the flexibility to work on your file just like films being developed in a dark room. All the information is there but it would have to depend on your PP and how you will use the info captured by your camera. If you have the Adobe RAW plug-in, it would be the first to open your RAW file and you can adjust a lot of things like WB based on the info of the file and you can turn it the way you want your picts to look like. You just simply adjust the vibrance and clarity to get the look you first saw.
