Actually.......... I get happy whenever there are new organizations established especially BPO companies/contact centers. More companies established, more job opportunities for people especially fresh grads.

Basta ang giingon daw ky no deductions w/n the 1st month/training period.
Wala pa daw sila kahibaw sa schedule or sa training hours.

No deductions during training is still allowed, since you are not yet considered as a part of the workforce of the company. This is why you only get deductions (Tax, SSS, etc) once you pass training because during the first month they can remove you from the training class should you fail to meet the qualifications.
