professionally yes.. but medyo kulang sa basis and papers..

Pwede sila mahimog boss namo, pag masters usa mo...![]()
BSIE = Bachelor of Science for Instant Engineer.. hehehehe.bitaw matawag ra gihapon nga engineer oi unya lisod pud baya na ila thesis before sila ni graduate.
engineer tawag ana nila. d na kailangan ang board ana. for me board exam is useless ky ive heard a lot of rumors now a days nga pwede na ma palit ang board licensing.hahayz.. my great professor said to us one time in his class nga d siya favor sa board exam kundi favor siya sa masteral. mo agree ko ana. kamo agree mo?
If naa gani makalusot ug cheating or leakage sa board exam, ato nalang to sila pasagdaan. Importante imo nang hinagoan ang imong license.
Masters degree?
ako man gani IT grad. pro g tawag ako position nga Software Engr. hahahaha
para nako pwede ka twagon ug engineer if you design, develop, maintain etc. or as long as it applies scientific knowledge mathematics and ingenuity to develop solutions for technical problems matod pa sa wikipedia.(wrong grammar.)heheheh
kay naa koy friend, he is a registered nurse but yet he didn't work his profession, he work as a software engineer...
mag-unza ang licensed if wla ka work..
or nagwork pwo not related on your profession...
licensed is just a paper wla manay gamit if you go out of the country..
well, that's my opinion..
In my opinion, they are all engineers but registered or licensed engineers are the only ones who can prepare, sign, seal and submit plans to gov authority for approval. If you dont need to do those things then no need to be registered, i guess.
