    1. good paying job
    2. free health care
    3. 1 year maternity leave or 9 months paternity leave
    4. kung mawalaan ka og trabaho kay naay gitatawag nga employment insurance- which means the govt will give you money while looking for a new job up to 9 months
    5. if unable to find a job, the govt will help with career change by helping you go back to school.
    6. free education for your kids thru highschool (pili ka catholic, non sectarian, free immersion, french)
    7. 100 dollar/month per kid up to 6 years old and child benefits up to 18 years old
    8. less tax if you have children
    9. less tax if you have your own business and be an employer
    10. crime rate not as high
    11. government will lend you money for college education

    2. taas ang taxes pero kita man pud ka kung asa naadto(nindot ang mga dalan, well maintained and mga parks, lots of recreational space, free healthcare and money to your kids) so this tax thing is not really that bad

Ma istorya man gud nato ni. For 20 years nag work ko diha sa Pinas may part time pa ko college teaching sa evening and week-end. Whereas for 2 years nako diri sa Canada, with God's blessing duna koy new house and car though utang but you feel confidence na kayang-kayang mabayaran, unlike diha sa Pinas.

Just to think nalang sa utang sa Pinas, padako ang utang every year. Makita nimo imong pinaghirapan.Taas ang buhis pero sulit, libre hospitalization as in libre. So if you have a chance, migrate na mo diri Canada.

grabe gipatay naman nimo ang Pilipinas bro...true that the Philippines has so much sufferings but it is what makes us Filipinos. We thrive even under the most harsh conditions. Its not that we abandon our motherland on the first sight of chance you see in the horizons. we should stick together like rice...just a loonie of my thoughts lang hinuon neh.
