lets take a walk.. summer na pud
I have RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome)... symptoms...itchy....tickling feeling sa imong feet that's how peeps describe it... and when it attacks me... i walk... it attacks any time of the day... but i see it as a form of exercise coz i walk long distances. Can anyone relate to this?....![]()

jogging man akong nahan bai, pero after mga 5 min joggin mag walk nalang
jog + walk lang bai, nindot ang feeling.. kanang naay tulo singot after sa activity..
di man kaayo mo tulo singot gud sa walk2x lang...
murag mag walk ko di man ko sington... pero murag after hapon na man ko mag lakaw gud... dili na init , di dyud ko sington..
sometimes i walk from office to home sauna kanang ma bored ko sakay jeep.
mag inom2x ko og juice while nag walk nindot og pa music. hehe.
walking is still the best exercise for me... well honestly, second to s3xercise hehe..
i also like walking heheh maglakaw ra ko sahay sa skina sa sto ninyo village padung samu office (sa dead end sa sto ninyo village) more or less 15-20 min walk bsta normal walk lang kng mag paspas ko maayu kaya ra nko 10 min hehehe
