hehe. may nlng ko duty ko anang time mu brownout. luoy ayo mga night shift d katulog og tarong. isa na akong uyab lol!
pero tama btaw c fejazir. mag save ta'g power. u can start by setting ur tv or any player's timer if padung na katuwg aron mu automatic shut down after pila ka minutes. panagsa makatuwg na ta nya atong tv naka on hantod buntag. tsk
we should not blame veco or meco since dili man sila ang nag generate sa electricity they are just distributors...
brownouts are really a b*tch. I think there's lots of blame to go around, but what I'm interested to hear is what are the power companies and government going to do about it. Wait for the rain to come? If these brownouts are going to be a permanent feature in our city, I'd start investing on a 1,000watt solar panel installation. The amount of sunlight we have in Cebu is way better than in Germany, and yet solar roofs are ubiquitous there. It should be a good idea to get one...if it is affordable.

CEBU, Philippines - The power situation is expected to stabilize next week, according to an official of the Department of Energy after he met with Governor Gwendolyn Garcia and players of the power industry.
The announcement was made by Antonio Labios, regional director of the DOE.
