    suck it up girl... diet and exercise.. go natural.. green tea helps.. avoid slimming pills kay unregulated na.. watch what u eat.. high protein (the more protein you have in your body, the faster you burn calories) and refrain from eating junk food and greasy food.

    1 lb of fat is equal to 3500 calories.. normally we eat at least 2500 to 3500 calories a day...
    now how to burn calories: move your body and lessen calorie intake. example:
    1 cup of rice usually is 200 calories and to burn these up you need to walk for 58 mins or swim/jump rope for 26 mins or cycle(bicycle) for 33 mins... hope this helps
